  1. MEDICAL /HEALTH QUESTIONNAIRE and TERMS & CONDITIONS SIGN-OFF 
     

    It is extremely important that we have all necessary health/medical related information so that in the unlikley event of an accident or illness we can ensure you are properly taken care of.  Please complete the questionnaire online and then print, sign and return to us  Return details are included in the form.   • BIKE DROP-OFF

  • Your bike must be dropped off to Cycling Safaris in Belfield Bike Shop NO LATER THAN 5.30pm on Monday 15th SEPTEMBER - directions

  • The only thing that goes with the bike is empty water bottles (if you want). Helmets etc. go in your own luggage

  • See the pre-trip information pack for details on luggage, what to bring etc..
     

  • FLIGHTS

    • We will be arranging a transfer to your hotel from two Aerlingus flights on Friday 19th September.

      • Depart Dublin 09.45 arriving Paris CDG 12.25

      • Depart Dublin 13.40 arriving Paris CDG 16.20

    • On Friday 26th there is just one Aerlingus flight from Nice to Dublin.

    • It is no way mandatory to go with any of these flights. It is perfectly ok to arrange your own transfers from other flights or other airports if it fits better with your broader travel plans.

 

  • ACCOMMODATION/GALA DINNER

    • The week before the trip you will receive a rooming/hotel list

    • To discuss accommodation arrangements for family or friends joining you in Nice or the Gala Dinner please contact Marion at Cycling Safaris. marion@cyclingsafaris.com tel: (01) 2600749 (9am-1pm)

  • INSURANCE

    • Travel insurance is mandatory and is the cyclist's responsibility

    • It is recommended that you have a European Health Insurance Card (EHIC), which you can apply for HERE

    • Your bike is insured for up to €1,500 during transport to and from France but not for the duration of your travel.

    • The following are some options for insuring your bike either here or abroad
